What kind of payment plans do you offer?
When registering, you will be provided with a list of payment options at checkout.

For companies who are registering multiple employees, please contact us at (651) 204-1460 to discuss invoicing and other payment options.
Who are the course instructors?
Our instructors are all state certified and also hold certifications in their specific specialties.
Where are courses held?
Currently, our in-person sessions are held in Bemidji, Minnesota.
However, if requested, our trainers will travel to your office to train your staff. If this is an option you would like to discuss, please reach out to us via phone.
How do the online courses function?
Our online courses are administered through our training software, Thinkific. Once enrolled, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account and access the course.
